In addition, we offer Broker Price Opinion's (BPO) for both Residential and Commercial Property types. A BPO is an independent valuation of what a particular property should list for in order to ensure an adequate sales price with a minimal listing time. These are traditionally performed in order to estimate an appropriate purchase price for the property on an "As-Is" basis, "As-Is 30-90 day basis", an "As-Repaired" Basis, and a "Quick Sales Value," if requested. BPOs may be ordered as Interior or Exterior, and typically require 3 Comparable Sales and 3 Comparable Listings including photos to be detailed in the report.
