Appraisal Management Regulation

Lincoln Appraisal promotes and supports appraiser independence. Our employees are educated and trained to adhere to all federal and state laws and agency guidelines ensuring an independent appraisal value.

We support and follow the Dodd-Frank Act, Fannie Mae’s Appraiser Independence Requirements ("AIR"), formerly the Home Valuation Code of Conduct ("HVCC"), as well as FHA and other agency independence policies.

Our internal AMC processes have been approved to all guidelines set by the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau ("CFPB").

Our company believes that by following all federal laws, state regulations and agency guidelines Lincoln Appraisal will continue to raise the standard for quality real estate valuations.
