Registration Preparation
Have the following documents prepared on your computer as you will be asked to upload these document files during the registration process. Do not begin the registration process without current, legible copies of these documents ready to be uploaded. An individual file is necessary for each document requested. The formats accepted for upload are PDF, JPEG, JPG.
Required documents:
- Current Appraiser License (Label file: "Your name License")
- Errors and Omissions Declaration page and proof of valid policy renewal.( Label file: "Your name E&O")
- Completed W-9 (Label file: "Your name W-9". Blank W-9 Download)
