At Lincoln Appraisal & Settlement Services we have the most educated, experienced, and dedicated Nationwide Corporate Appraisal Network (NCAN). In order to maintain the finest network of appraisers in the industry today we consistently attract and screen appraisers from around the country. If an applicant does not meet our high standards, their application will be rejected and not given future consideration. In addition, Lincoln Appraisal & Settlement Services conduct Quarterly Performance Evaluations where we review each appraisers overall work on a quarterly basis. An appraiser may be inactivated at any time if it is determined the appraiser fails to meet our strict standards and guidelines for any of the following: Quality, Accuracy, Speed, and Customer Service.
Corporate Appraisal Quality Control Management
At Lincoln Appraisal & Settlement Services less than 1.5% of our Corporate Appraisal Reports are returned for further review from our clients. Corporate Appraisal Internal Review Teams (CAIRT)
At Lincoln Appraisal & Settlement Services all Appraisal Reports conducted by Field Appraisers are forwarded to our carefully selected Corporate Appraisal Internal Review Teams (CAIRT) who conduct both an Administrative Review and Technical Review on EVERY Appraisal. The Corporate Appraisal Internal Review Teams (CAIRT) all work at Corporate Headquarters and are made up of highly qualified licensed and certified appraisers who each average 15+ years of experience. They confirm the Appraisal Report is in compliance including: all State/Federal regulations, USPAP regulations, HVCC standards, and all client specific guidelines, as well as the high quality standards established by Lincoln Appraisal & Settlement Services.
